ABOUT ATTORNEY DAN WOODARD
After more than 30 years of military and commercial helicopter flying*, I decided to leave aviation and pursue my true lifelong dream of becoming a criminal defense attorney. I attended Lincoln Memorial University Law School, where I graduated with honors.
After successfully passing the TN Bar, I joined one of East-Tennessee’s most well-known criminal defense firms. For three years, I traveled all around East-Tennessee, and dedicated myself to gaining experience in criminal defense representation while also completing numerous educational courses, specifically in DUI defense and trial representation, all to prepare myself to provide the highest level of criminal defense representation to my clients.
